The Counseling and Psychological Support Unit at the Al-Wafa and Al-Amal Center for Secondary Education, as part of the Oasis of the Assured program in the Arab Republic of Egypt, conducted a counseling session aimed at enhancing students’ decision-making skills and supporting their psychological resilience in the face of academic and life pressures.
The session focused on helping students understand the relationship between conscious thinking and sound decision-making, And how can inner calm and clear thinking help us make more balanced and clear-headed decisions in everyday situations?

The session included individual and group activities that focused on analyzing real-life situations, and training students to evaluate available alternatives before making a decision, In addition to enhancing emotional regulation skills and flexible thinking when facing challenges.
Students were also given the opportunity to share their personal experiences with various forms of stress, They were guided toward practical strategies to help them cope with stress and build greater psychological resilience within the educational environment.
The session elicited a positive response from the students, This was reflected in their increased awareness of structured thinking methods, And to strengthen their confidence in their ability to make more balanced and independent decisions.
